Commit-reveal. Before a round, csno publishes the SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed. The player supplies their own seed, and the outcome is HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce). After the round the server seed is revealed, so anyone can confirm it matches the earlier hash and re-derive the roll independently.

No. You only ever sign an authorization; csno broadcasts the transaction and covers the fee, for buy-ins and cash-outs alike. Rounds never touch a blockchain at all — they are arithmetic against a chip balance. Players need stablecoins and nothing else: no native gas token, no bridging.
